Wanbang Global Hub Study Service Center was founded in 2024 and is based in Qingdao, Shandong. It now cooperates with more than a dozen countries including Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Vietnam, Afghanistan and Pakistan, helping students from many countries successfully apply to study in China.
The center is dedicated to providing one-to-one study-in-China application support and customized service plans for international students, recommending quality students to Chinese universities, and carrying out international education cooperation projects. It has established cooperation with nearly 100 Chinese universities.
According to the needs of universities, the center actively provides channels and assists in international education cooperation projects such as undergraduate "2+2" dual-degree joint programmes, overseas quality high-school student source bases, overseas preparatory bases, overseas recruitment promotion workstations and overseas campuses.

Carry out promotion of degree and non-degree student recruitment, recommend quality international students according to the university's recruitment programmes, improve student quality and expand the scale of international students.
Winter/summer camps are usually held each July-August or November-December and last 2-3 weeks, with cultural experiences such as paper-cutting, calligraphy, Chinese painting, traditional Chinese medicine culture and tea culture.
Each year we hold education fairs, high-school presentations and university visits in Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and other countries; we can also host fairs and presentations on behalf of partners.
Assist Chinese and foreign universities in connecting and cooperating, advancing undergraduate "2+2" dual-degree joint programmes, curriculum alignment, and inter-university exchanges and visits.
Build "study-in-China overseas student source bases" in high schools and universities of quality source countries, set up "international student recruitment promotion workstations", and regularly hold cultural exchange activities to promote cultural integration.
Following a "light-asset, low-investment" principle, assist universities in building overseas campuses and overseas preparatory bases in Kyrgyzstan and other Belt and Road countries.

Recommend quality international students according to the school's degree and non-degree recruitment plans, helping the school build its study brand, improve student quality and expand the scale of international students.
For non-degree students (mainly Chinese-language and preparatory students) and English-taught undergraduates, students are recommended by class: no fewer than 25 non-degree students per class and no fewer than 15 undergraduates per class; the main source countries are Belt and Road countries, and tuition and accommodation fees are customized separately.
Each July-August or November-December we organize 2-3 week short-term study trips to China; students come mainly from North Africa, Central Asia and Central and Eastern Europe, experiencing paper-cutting, calligraphy, Chinese painting, traditional Chinese medicine culture and tea culture.

Process · Implementation
From matching overseas partner universities to the long-term maintenance of cooperation, we provide Chinese and foreign universities with full-process support covering memorandum drafting, course alignment, agreement signing, exchanges and visits.
Find suitable overseas partner universities for the target Chinese universities.
Help organize video conferences, coordinate participants, prepare meeting materials and promote communication and cooperation between the two sides.
Assist in drafting the memorandum and formalize inter-university cooperation.
Help both sides determine the cooperative undergraduate majors and complete the training plan and course alignment.
Assist in drafting and signing the undergraduate dual-degree joint-training agreement and implement the cooperation.
Assist with inter-university cooperation, exchanges and visits, and continue to maintain the cooperative relationship between both sides.
