Website and Commercial Terms
Last updated: 20 September 2026
These terms apply to the website and information services of the Qingdao Furniture Association · Eurasia Hub. They are general framework terms and do not constitute legal advice. Each engagement is governed by the quotation, order, contract or other written confirmation signed by the relevant parties. In case of conflict, the project-specific document prevails.
- Scope of services. The Hub provides market information, buyer-supplier matching, event support, cross-border logistics coordination and digital enablement services. We may help connect parties, but unless expressly agreed in writing, we do not replace the independent contractual relationship between buyer and seller.
- Quotations and orders. Product specifications, quantities, prices, lead times, payment methods, acceptance criteria and after-sales arrangements must be stated in writing. Neither party is obliged to accept a quotation or order before formal confirmation.
- Payment and costs. Payment milestones, currency, taxes, bank charges and exchange-rate arrangements follow the project-specific documents. Material changes caused by taxation, regulation or exchange rates must be confirmed in writing by the relevant parties.
- Delivery and acceptance. Delivery schedules are reasonable estimates and may be affected by production, transport, customs, weather and other factors beyond reasonable control. The buyer must inspect and accept goods within the agreed period and raise objections promptly in writing.
- Quality and claims. Quality claims should include order or batch details, photographs, inspection reports and other necessary evidence. Liability and remedies are determined by the buyer-seller contract and applicable law.
- Intellectual property and confidentiality. Website content, brand assets and business materials belong to their respective owners and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission. Each party must protect commercial, pricing and customer information received during cooperation.
- Limits of responsibility. The Hub applies reasonable care to platform information. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, it does not guarantee third-party performance and is not responsible for indirect loss, lost profit or third-party data.
- Force majeure. A party affected by events beyond its reasonable control, including war, sanctions, epidemics, natural disasters, government action or port and rail disruption, is excused from delay or non-performance to the extent permitted by law.
- Governing law and disputes. Project-specific documents are governed by their stated law. If no law is stated, the parties should first seek an amicable resolution and, failing that, resolve the dispute as agreed by the relevant project parties or under applicable law.
